RETURN POLICY: You may return your purchase for any reason within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs, and a 15% restocking fee. Most of our products are offered with free shipping. Should you have to return something because of an error on our part, all shipping costs are on us. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED:
Our products are packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us. (If possible, indicate "DAMAGED" on the shipping document when received).
TO RETURN A MAT:
You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Please note: certain items CUSTOM SIZED MATS are not returnable.
To return an item: Please email CS@BuyMatsOnLine.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at 336-520-1886. We will give you an authorization number and a return address. Wrap the mat carefully. All returned mats must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Return the mat using your preferred shipping method (UPS or FedEx Ground) to the address you are provided. This may be our office or our warehouse.
Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number in case there are any issues during transit.
Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase minus any shipping and restocking fees as applicable.
