All of our matting products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer (unless otherwise indicated).

Merchandise will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.  We reserve the right to ship an order via common carrier when the weight or quanities dictate.

We will contact a customer if there is a failure in the numeric calculations of this site.  You will have the option to continue with your purchase at the correct price or the order will be considered cancelled and any payment will be refunded.

Stock size products normally ship within four (4) business days of order.  Custom size products normally ship within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.



SPECIAL ORDERS:
  To request a price quote email:
CS@BuyMatsOnLine.com with the product Name, Color and Size desired along with the ship to Zip Code.  We will respond with a custom price quote.


PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the Buyer. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use of or inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever. Buyer has responsibility to determine the suitability of the product and assumes any liability in connection with such use. Seller shall not be liable for damages in excess of purchase price of product.

 


PAYMENT POLICY: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping


RETURN POLICY:
 
You may return your purchase for any reason within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs, and a 15% restocking fee. Most of our products are offered with free shipping. Should you have to return something because of an error on our part, all shipping costs are on us.  All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.


PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED:  
Our products are packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us. (If possible, indicate "DAMAGED" on the shipping document when received).


TO RETURN A MAT:
You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Please note: certain items CUSTOM SIZED MATS are not returnable. 
To return an item: Please email
CS@BuyMatsOnLine.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at 336-520-1886. We will give you an authorization number and a return address. Wrap the mat carefully. All returned mats must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Return the mat using your preferred shipping method (UPS or FedEx Ground) to the address you are provided. This may be our office or our warehouse.

Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number in case there are any issues during transit.

Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase minus any shipping and restocking fees as applicable.
